LIVE: How to Delegate & Outsource to grow your brand with Michelle Broadbent

This year has been a year of rapid growth here at KC and if there’s one thing I’ve learned it’s that if you’re not organised and able to delegate? You’re likely destined to tear all your hair out and if you can resist the urge, whatever’s left will be grey. That or you can’t make it to 2pm without feeling the need for spiking your coffee.

We’ve had to uplevel in every single area of our business and streamline all of our procedures. And even though this may sound operational, this is a core aspect of every brand. The delivery of your product or service can shape the way your brand as a whole is perceived. Even if we did the most beautiful logos and websites found online (and I reckon we do ;), if the experience isn’t incredible – it tarnishes your brand.

So as you can imagine, this is something we take very seriously. The way we define branding is the experience and emotional connection your audience has with your business.

So, if this is something you feel needs improving, I can think of no better person to learn from than the fabulous Michelle Broadbent.

Michelle is a business strategist that helps her clients to implement smart, strategic and practical solutions that will elevate their business. And this afternoon we’re going to be chatting all things organisation and delegation to grow your brand.

Feel free to email back with any questions you want asked and join us live this afternoon over in the Brandfluence facebook group.

We’re kicking things off at 1pm AEDT.

Hope to see you in there NAME and here’s to dreaming big!
